What is ISDB Scholarship Program?

Who can apply for ISDB scholarship?
The students of the members countries of ISDB Scholarship Program as well as the students of Muslim communities of non-Muslim countries can apply. ISDB comprises 56 member countries and 66 Muslim communities.
The scholarship allotment contribution comprises:
- 47% Muslim communities in non-MCs from Asia
- 31% Member Countries
- 17% Muslim communities in Non-MCs in Africa
- 5% Muslim communities in Non-MCs in Europe, Oceania, and North, and South America.
Note: The eligible countries vary from program to program. During online apply, application won’t proceed if your country is not eligible for that particular scholarship.
What is the eligibility Criteria?

Scholarships are available for study at accredited government universities in the home countries of the students. Generally, priority will be given to candidates who have achieved admission at universities in member countries that have completed a cooperation agreement with IsDB.
If it can be demonstrated that other public universities in IsDB member nations have strong academic standards and rankings in the subjects the candidates have suggested, then those universities might also be taken into consideration.
For some categories of the scholarship, it is also demanded that the institute in which the student is studying should be among the top 1,000 in the QS International Universities Ranking or the Times Higher Education Supplement (THES).
